What I have in mind for this feature are factual or judgment-based questions (from "When will Nevada City's road repaving be done this summer?" up to "Why does it make more sense to deal with our budget cuts by closing the historical library entirely, rather than having it open one day a week and reducing other library hours instead?"), not punitive-divisive-political ones ("why are ****s like Joe so cranky?") - i.e. with a tone of curiosity or needed-info-gathering.
